  •   BENCH MARK CIRCUITS DISCLAIMER
          These Bench Circuits where not established in accordance with North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) 1988 specifications.   They are to be considered as a local vertical control whose basis of elevation was established from NAVD88 Monumentation.   These Bench Circuits were run in accordance with the City of Tucson, Engineering Division's Active Practice Guidelines for establishing vertical Bench Marks.   When using these Bench Marks to establish elevations or additional Bench Marks users should independently verify that they are within tolerances, by checking between existing Bench Marks.
  •   BENCH MARK CIRCUITS ACCEPTABLE USE
          The NAVD88 Local Bench Marks provided here are acceptable as City of Tucson Bench Marks for the purpose establishing and extending vertical control to Design Surveys and establishing Finish Floor Elevations.   Original Field Book and Page references are provided and notation of such is required when perpetuating NAVD88 elevations.
