INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Be sure the FIRM Panel Layer (along the left side of the map LEGEND) is highlighted with a white background. If it is not please click on the red square with a white center to highlight the layer.

2. Click the "IDENTIFY" button and then click on the FIRM Panel in the map for your area of interest. GO to Step 4.

3a. (Option) For viewing your FIRM "panel number" click the "ID FIRM Panels" button and find the FIRM Panel you want to view by moving your mouse cursor around the map.

3b. (Option) You can zoom in by clicking the "ZoomIn" button and dragging a box around your area of interest. When you have ZOOMED IN far enough the STREETS layer will become available to LOAD. Click the "LOAD" button when the lettering is black. The local streets will then load and you may click the "ID ALL STREETS" button to view street names with your mouse pointer. GO back to step 2 if necessary.

4. A sample FIRM panel image will then appear in this view frame. Click on the image and you will be able to view the actual FIRM Panel TIFF image. Note: You must have a TIFF IMage viewer installed on your computer.
